INTRO

Thank you for considering shopping with MSM; we appreciate your interest and will do our best to service you. We have included detailed descriptions focusing on each section of our custom ordering process. Following our policies on custom ordering we have some general policies as well. CONSULTATION

Our consultation process is directed to develop ideas for your item. Basic sizing information is collected as well as details of the desired item. A consultation can be filled out for a single item, or for multiple items. A consultation is required for every new order you would like to make. After we receive your information you will be contacted within 1 to 3 business days; more information will be presented and reviewed to avoid confusion and misunderstanding. If we are unable to complete the desired outfit, we will do our best to provide an alternative or a referral to another designer, boutique, etc. if applicable.

 

SIZING/FITTING

Following the consultation process you will have one of two options: we can create your outfit referring to the sizing that you have provided or you can schedule a fitting (+$10). Some outfits may require a mandatory fitting to ensure the most accurate sizing.

 

DEPOSITS

After the design has been finalized, a deposit amount will be communicated to compensate for the materials that will be needed for the creation of the outfit. Deposits are nonrefundable and non-transferable. If a deposit has been sent and you no longer desire the outfit, the payment will be forfeited and is NOT eligible to be transferred. Deposits will be required per item. Any changes requested to be made after the consultation and deposit process will result in an extra charge.

 

TRY ON FITTING

Once your outfit has been completed, you will be notified and directed to schedule a try on fitting. On the day of your fitting, any last-minute adjustments will be made to guarantee the perfect fit. Any other adjustments requested after the first try-on fitting will be an additional cost.

If you need to reschedule a fitting, please do so 48 hours in advance. Any last minute cancellations will result in a rescheduling fee.

SHIPPING

MSM by MIRABELLE offers worldwide shipping. Shipping prices may vary and are subject to fluctuate, reflecting the weight/size of the items. Free domestic shipping applies on orders over $150 & free international shipping on orders over $200.

 

REFUND

All items are final sale however resizing and adjustments services are available.

 

LATE NOTICE FEE

Every customer is required to be put in their orders at least a month prior to the date needed, to avoid extra fees. If it is needed sooner, late notice fees will apply & will be communicated before everything is finalized.
